Properties
Depurating Solution should be used to remove dental tartar whenever a mechanical action is insufficient and, more specifically, whenever it is necessary to soften and chemically dissolve thick and hard cal cerous tartar. This is typically the case for loosening teeth suffering from parodontosis. The Iodine temporarily colours the organic matter offering an effective control for detailed scaling.
Indication
Chemical removal of calcerous tartar
Directions for use
Air‑dry the teeth and apply Depurating Solution on the calcerous tartar with a cotton pellet. Avoid any contact with the mucous tissues. Leave the solution to act for approximately 30 seconds and rinse thoroughly. Complete the work with a scaler and polish. Where necessary, the operation can be repeated. In difficult cases, a rubber dam may be used to protect the gums.
Storage Store at room temperature between 5ºC and 30ºC, protected from direct light.
